ASYS PS 05 / 08 / 10

Vertical process buffer with small capacity
  • The system can temporarily pick up assemblies by means of vertically arranged transport segments and deliver them again to the following system
  • Incoming printed circuit boards are taken over by horizontally driven belt segments and positioned in the buffer
  • The individual buffer segments are moved into position via a vertical lift axis
  • Each buffer segment has a separate belt transport, which can easily handle PCBs with side cutouts

ASYS FPS 10B SPI

Closed process buffer within production lines
  • The FPS 10B SPI buffer station is used to store "NG" as well as "Good" inspected assemblies.
  • Incoming PCBs are taken over and positioned by the buffer segments
  • "NG" printed circuit boards are buffered and only unloaded when requested by the operator.
  • The system is used, for example, after a solder paste inspection system (SPI) to compensate for process-related downtimes.

Closed process buffer within production lines
  • The system can temporarily pick up assemblies by means of vertically arranged transport segments 30 and deliver them again to the following system
  • Incoming printed circuit boards are taken over by driven horizontal belt segments and positioned in the buffer
  • The individual buffer segments are moved into position via a vertical traversing movement
  • Each buffer segment has a separate belt transport, which can also process printed circuit boards with side cutouts without any problems.
